Cecilia is from Italy and from a young age has been interested in playing piano and finding her voice. She started playing acoustic guitar at around 15 and some years later the autoharp. 

 

She  participated in singing contests and played in a variety of different bands including Creedence Clearwater Revival and Janis Joplin tribute bands and a fourteen piece soul band. Venues were various, from town festivals to pubs and clubs in Torino and surrounding areas.

 

In 2009 Cecilia moved to London with her Torino Sound Project band and played in prestigious venues such as The Water Rats in King's Cross, the 100 Club Oxford Street and Peter Parker’s Rock n' Roll Club. Later performing at various jam sessions in pubs and clubs then in two other cover bands and some originals projects before moving down to Dorset, with her daughter.
